Procurement of Mobile Foam Trailer
01. Project Description
J. Ifeanyi Limited successfully executed the procurement and timely delivery of a Mobile Foam Trailer for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) to enhance firefighting response in congested and high risk operational areas where conventional fire trucks have limited access.
Purpose of Equipment
The Mobile Foam Trailer was supplied to provide rapid-response fire suppression capability in restricted-access environments such as tank farms, refineries, marine terminals, and industrial facilities.
Equipment Description
The Mobile Foam Trailer is a wheeled foam concentrate storage and proportioning unit designed to be towed by a support vehicle to fire hazard locations.
It is capable of:
• Deploying firefighting foam through a mounted monitor
• Supporting protection of high-value fixed assets
• Acting as a supplementary firefighting system for fixed tank protection
